Request account deletion
You can request deletion of your Dexify account and the personal data associated with it by emailing our support team. We may contact you to verify that you own the account before processing the request.
What to include in your request
- Your full name.
- The email address used to register your Dexify account.
- A clear statement that you want your Dexify account and associated personal data deleted.
What happens to your data
After we verify and process your request, we will delete or de-identify personal data that is no longer required to provide the service. Account deletion is permanent and may remove access to your account, business records, and other content stored in Dexify.
Some information may be retained where required. We may keep limited records for legal, regulatory, tax, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or contractual purposes. Retention periods and your rights are described in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- Account and business data may be retained for up to 7 years after account closure where required.
- Usage logs and analytics may be retained for up to 12 months.
- Support correspondence may be retained for up to 3 years.
Before you submit
- Export or save any information you want to keep before requesting deletion.
- If you have a paid subscription through an app store or another payment provider, cancel it separately to prevent future renewals.
- We will respond to a complete deletion request within 30 days.
